SmartNPK is a digital system designed exclusively as a support tool for use by agronomists and technical supervisors in the production of organomineral, mineral, or chemical fertilizers. Its purpose is to perform mathematical calculations and formulation processes based on data entered by the user in order to achieve the desired NPK ratio using available raw materials (inputs) in stock and their respective nutrient guarantees.
This software does not replace the technical, laboratory, or regulatory analysis required by the designated technical professional, nor is it intended to make decisions of a technical, regulatory, or strategic nature. All processed information and results provided by the system are based solely on the data and parameters supplied by the user, who is fully responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information entered.
Disclaimer: The developer of SmartNPK assumes no responsibility for errors, losses, or non-conformities resulting from the use of the software, including but not limited to: discrepancies in generated formulations, chemical incompatibilities, failure to comply with applicable regulations, or incorrect/incomplete data input by the user. Use of this software requires technical knowledge by the responsible professional or agronomist, who must review, analyze, and validate all outputs before practical application or submission to regulatory authorities.

All data entered into SmartNPK is the exclusive property of the user and is treated with the highest level of security and confidentiality. The software development company guarantees that such data will not be shared with third parties, including support staff, unless expressly authorized by the user for remote access. This authorization is limited and controlled directly by the user, ensuring full data governance.
End-to-end encryption is applied to the database, ensuring data security and confidentiality. No member of the development team has access to user data, following a protocol similar to banking systems, where even staff do not have access to customer accounts. Access to user data occurs only with explicit permission, maintaining full respect for user privacy.
The encryption protocol used is based on the Signal Protocol, an advanced security standard developed by Open System Whispers, the same organization behind the Signal messaging app. This protocol is also employed by platforms like WhatsApp and is globally recognized for its strength in protecting sensitive information.

In the event of any discrepancies in interpretation between this version and translated versions provided for user convenience, the Portuguese version shall prevail. For any legal purposes or dispute resolution, only the Portuguese version shall be considered legally binding.

The software does not perform automated regulatory compliance validation. All technical and regulatory decisions are the sole responsibility of the user or designated technical supervisor, who must review, analyze, and validate the results before any application or submission to regulatory bodies.
SmartNPK is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, absolute accuracy, or regulatory compliance. The responsibility for reviewing, validating, and ensuring technical compliance with applicable regulations lies entirely with the user or their appointed technical representative.
SmartNPK fully complies with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709). All data entered into the software is accessible exclusively by the user and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
By using SmartNPK, the user enters into a binding agreement with the software developer as described in this document. The user affirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept all the clauses herein. If the user does not agree, they must immediately discontinue use of the software.
The software is provided under a prepaid licensing model. Access to the platform will be automatically blocked in case of non-payment.
SmartNPK is offered under a prepaid licensing model and without any guarantee of service continuity. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the software at any time for technical, financial, legal, or force majeure reasons, without incurring any additional liability. In the event of permanent discontinuation—including the developer’s death—no compensation shall be owed to users. Users are strongly encouraged to back up all data and reports generated during usage, as the developer assumes no responsibility for data storage or retrieval.
The software automatically records data inputs and operations performed by the user for traceability and technical support purposes. These logs will only be used for usage clarification and will always respect the user's privacy.
The user agrees to hold the developer harmless from any losses, damages, legal claims, or expenses resulting from the use of the software. All technical and regulatory decisions are the sole responsibility of the company's designated technical representative.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and the jurisdiction of São Paulo. The Court of São Paulo is hereby chosen as the exclusive venue for resolving any legal disputes arising from the use of the software.
